The Delta Library Journal (DLJ) is a publication of the Nigerian Library Association, Delta State Chapter. The Journal is an international peer- reviewed publication. It covers all aspects of Library and Information Science. The articles / papers may encompass areas such as the latest developments, emerging trends and breakthroughs in our noble profession. The Journal's commitment is to showcase excellent publications by scholars/ authors. The Journal's peer review policy encompasses the following:
1. The Editor- in - Chief ensures that all submitted manuscripts are checked to ensure that they are suitable for publication..
2. If the articles are found to be in conformity with the Journal's guidelines, they are assigned to a minimum of two peer reviewers , drawn from members of the Editorial Advisory Board.
3. The outcome of the reviewers' assessment determines the acceptability or rejection of the manuscripts, putting into consideration the set criteria
4.The Editor-in- Chief receives the manuscripts and takes a final decision on them, in consultation with members of the Editorial Advisory Board.
5.After passing through the review process,the authors are notified about the acceptance or rejection of their articles. For accepted articles, authors are required to effect likely corrections arising from the comments on the manuscripts. A time frame is given for the corrections to be done. 6. Before any accepted article is published by the Journal, the Editor-in-Chief ensures that each author completes the Disclaimer Form.
